Decipherisk is so simple to use, we can have it set up and being used by staff within half a day or less.

Set Up

We will set up the software for your credit union and ensure it is completely operational.

Training

We will train your staff in the software's use and be available to answer all ongoing questions. Our support team can arrange to train your staff in the software at your convenience, in house, at our offices or over the telephone using an online demonstration. Training is usually complete in a couple of hours.

Ongoing Assistance

We are available to answer all ongoing queries about the software's operation.

Risk Management Training and Workshops

Our support team is also available to assist your credit union implement a risk management process within your credit union. This can take the form of:

  • assisting in the development of suitable risk management framework for your credit union
  • facilitating risk management workshops to identify and prioritise risks
  • developing risk mitigation plans
  • training credit union staff in applying risk management practices within their own areas of responsibility
