Each credit union licence allows for an unlimited number of users and each user can be assigned different access privileges.
Decipherisk is based on a dynamic database of users
and user access privileges that you manipulate through
the simple-to-use Administration interface.
Administrators can:
- establish an unlimited number of users, each of
whom can have their own secure access to the
system
- create user groups of people with common access
privileges
- define different viewing rights to different user
groups
For instance, one way to configure the
system is provide:
- yourself with full administrator rights
- your Board with rights to view reports
- Branch
Managers
with the ability to enter Decipherisk
and
record
actual risk
events
How you configure the system is up to you - and you
can simply
alter it at any time, adding/removing users
and changing access
privileges at a moment's notice.
