about each
risk.
If you want to record only the key
data about each risk, this is easy to do: the main
Risk Definition page for each risk is designed to capture
the principal data elements needed to record each
risk.
If you want to record
additional information
to assist your risk management practice, Decipherisk
allows this too. You can record:
- actual risk events as they occur for each risk
- cause controls (primary and secondary)
- impact controls (primary and secondary)
All of this is achieved through optional click-throughs
that are easy
to follow and simple to complete.
